Studies on intra-Latino dynamics have shed light on power differentials and relational dynamics among different Latino nationalities and social positions. To enhance equity and inclusion, our pedagogical approach employs narratives to foster empathy and intercultural understanding among heritage speakers. We will share strategies for creating productive dialogues and inclusive spaces.
