Abstract
“Culture, Water, and Life in La Frontera” invites students to explore philosophical, ethical, cultural, and literary approaches to water for the diverse peoples who have lived in the U.S.-Mexico borderlands throughout its long history. Working in a unique learning community, students will engage with transformative texts and projects that investigate questions surrounding the significance and use of water resources in the region.
