Abstract
Mr. Leamon Anderson is presently the Deputy Director of Utilities Operations with the San Antonio River Authority (SARA). He shared with the class about his background and how he found his way professionally, ultimately ended up becoming a unconventional wastewater treatment facility manager. Rather than focusing on the operational side of the job, he is responsible for allocating resources and working with stakeholders in the communities to ensure the treatment capacity of SARA's service area keeps up with the rapid population growth and land development.
